Project Scope of Work

The Westin Desert Willows Villas project consists of 1 clubhouse (approx 70,000SF Including parking garage), built of structural steel and metal stud, construction with EIFS and stone veneer exterior finish. Clubhouse consisted of a Sales center, Guest Check-in, Administrative offices, Sundries Market, Kitchen, Bar and Restaurant, Laundry Facilities, Workout facilities, Water slide and pool, 2ea Family pools, 1ea Family Spa, 1ea Adult pool and 1ea Adult Spa. Accompanying the clubhouse is 5ea, 3 story guest villa buildings with a total of 74 two bedroom lock off guest units (approx 1700SF ea (including balcony)). These buildings are metal frame type construction with EIFS and stone veneer exterior surfaces.

SIS Scheduling Scope of Work:
SIS provided construction management services for the owner. These duties included monitoring construction progress, quality control, coordination and documentation of the activities and information flow between the Architect, General Contractor, and Owners offsite architectural/construction team and Resort Operations team.
